Ordering Products from the Insulet Company Store
Step 1: Go to https://insulet.ziphq.com/login and click ‘Sign in with Azure’
Step 2: Select ‘New Request’ in the upper right corner (both new and repeat users)
Step 3: On the ‘What Do You Need Help with Today’ screen, select ‘Buy Insulet Merch (Swag) – Request an Item from Merchology’ and click ‘Continue’
Step 4: On the Punch Out Request screen:
- Click ‘Marketing’
- Click ‘Promotions’
- The ‘Material Group’ field will automatically populate
- Complete the ‘What is the Product or Service You Are Requesting?’ field (e.g., fleece pullovers for my team)
- Click the ‘Merchology LLC’ button
- Enter your shipping address
Step 6: On the Pricing Information screen, click the ‘Go to Merchology’ button.
For personal purchases (e.g., gifts for family and/or friends), any employee may go directly to Insuletmerch.com to browse, select, and order your item(s) as you would on any other online store with your personal credit card.
Choice #1 – Click ‘Approve’ in MS Teams
Choice #2 – Click into the request for more information
- Step 1: Sign in as you would to make a purchase.
- Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Needs My Approval’ tab in the horizontal navigation. See items flagged for ‘Manager Approval.’
- Step 3: Click the item(s) flagged for ‘Manager Approval’ to be taken to the screen below and click the ‘Approve’ button.

Please note: All requested items must be approved by Insulet and follow brand guidelines. When your request is received, we will route your request for approval and be in touch within 1-2 business days.
The Checkout Process

All shipments outside of the U.S. will be subject to international shipping rates, as well as import duties and taxes. Any applicable duties/taxes will be collected at the receiving country’s border and will not be shown at checkout. Once the package has arrived in the country of delivery, the recipient will be contacted by the carrier to pay these fees.

Order Confirmations/Order Status/Tracking
Each Monday, the combined orders will begin processing, and items will ship within 9-12 business days from the Merchology warehouse in Minnesota, with final delivery based on transit time to your shipping address. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, as well as a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.
If you do not receive your email confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder or your ‘messages on hold’ email from Mimecast.

Changes to Orders/Expediting Orders
Shipping
Drop shipping orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please reach out to our dedicated Insulet team for assistance with shipping to multiple addresses via this form or email insulet@merchology.com.
If you are making a business purchase:
Once the package has arrived in the country of delivery, any additional duties and/or taxes should be charged to your cost center. If an individual recipient is contacted by the carrier, they are welcome to confirm their shipping information but are not responsible for paying any additional fees if prompted.
If you are making a personal purchase:
Once the package has arrived in the country of delivery, the recipient will be contacted by the carrier to pay these fees.
